At Embr, wood-fired cooking takes centre stage, with Neapolitan-style pizzas, house-made pastas and seasonal share plates served with a side of warm, spirited hospitality. Inspired by the heart of Italian cooking and fuelled by local ingredients, it’s perfect for relaxed lunches, afternoon spritzes and lingering dinners by the fire. The space also sets the scene for laidback celebrations and group gatherings — where good food, great wine and feel-good vibes are always on the menu. Little ones lead the way at Treehouse, and the fun doesn’t stop there. Our indoor play space is designed to engage curious minds and wild imaginations, interactive installations and plenty of room to roam. Just beyond, The Playgrounds offer an open-air adventure and nature play zone, where kids can climb, explore and let off steam under the sun. Parents can relax nearby or join in on the fun – it’s a space where connection, creativity and discovery come naturally.

Sustainability
Wildergreen was created with a deep respect for the land, and a responsibility to care for it. Sustainability runs through every part of the precinct, from how we compost food waste and use solar power, to the low-impact materials chosen to help reduce our footprint. Our gardens are nourished with natural water and feature a mix of lush planting, including native species that support local biodiversity and bring the space to life.
But more than that, we believe sustainability is something to be shared. It’s in the packaging we use, the seasonal produce we serve, and the conversations we hope to inspire in every guest – little reminders that a better way of living can be beautiful, simple, and full of joy.
